  Simple interfaces can be accessed directly by TR modules: SPI (supported by OS), UART, I2C, … (via OS plug-ins) and others (via user program).
• Complex standards – USB, Ethernet, GSM, ZigBee, … are accessed using gateways (GW).
• Gateways offer also additional functionality (higher performance, extended memories, I/Os, A/Ds, display, keypad, time/date information, …)
• Human operator has also access to IQRF network - not only via PC or mobile phone but even via embedded gateway with touchscreen.
